Author of the Hope Farm Series –planting seeds of faith in the next generation.

St. Louis, Missouri natives, Barbara Hagler and her husband Dan (Farmer Dan) moved to rural Hope, Michigan in 2007. Barbara, an Elementary Education graduate from University of Missouri-St. Louis, began writing faith-based children’s books in 1998 for their three children who are now grown. The idea for the Hope Farm Series began with one of their chickens, Henrietta , the chicken with the crooked beak. The second book in the series, Luca Loves, is about a bull-headed bull that learns to love his neighbors. Her third book, Julia’s Joy will be in production soon. Barbara and Farmer Dan live on Hope Farm with their dogs, cat, Henrietta and they’ve recently added a couple of ducks to the menagerie.
